In order to trigger interest and actions for a radical change, a survey questionnaire was administered online, to a sample of the population, using Google Forms, to elicit the perceptions and opinions of citizens on the importance of public libraries in their municipalities.
The survey included a total of thirteen (13) questions and opportunity to respond to it was given for a month.
